Class limited to 12 participants
A 6 part course by teleconference
Our dreams can be a rich source of nourishment, healing and discovery. In this intimate small-cohort course we will dive into dreamwork focused on dreaming ourselves into wholeness. This will be done through exploring the spirit of the bees and snakes as dream allies.
This course will focus on building relationship with the feminine principal and masculine principal residing within, as experienced through serpentine life force energy. It offers opportunities for individual discovery as well as collective dream weaving. We will work with the snake as our principal ally, although bees will be included as well.
“Dreaming reality into being” comes from an understanding that we are all part of a great dream tapestry, and that through our dreaming we can thread the dreams of “what is” into “what can be.” Dreamwork can thus become a vehicle for personal and collective transformation, dreaming ourselves into greater balance, well-being, and alignment with the more-than-human world.
Betwixt and Between is open to all genders.
This is a small, intimate group, and as such, the course is highly participatory. Over the course of the 6 weeks each attendant will be invited to share one of their dreams for a collective group mirroring. Each participant will also be working with their body and intuition to offer mirrors to the other participants.
For those of you who have attended my Dreaming with Bees course, this class is an opportunity to deepen further into dream work. While Dreaming with Bees is womb-focused, Betwixt and Between will focus more on the dynamic exchange between the heart and spirit. Beyond dreamwork, this course aims to connect each person to their heart and to embodied intuition.
If you have taken Dreaming with Bees, know that this course follows a similar format of teachings and dream mirrors. Rather than mirroring from the womb, we will be focusing our attention on the heart. We will dream with both the bees and the serpentine.

Who is this course for?
This course is designed for people interested in exploring the interior terrain of their multidimensional nature. It is for those individuals who seek a stronger connection to their inner Creatrix/Creator, exploring the ever-shifting dance of the yonic & phallic life force energy contained within the body and within the dreamscape. This course is meant for both individual exploration as well as collective “hive” work.
To aid in the healing of our mother planet we must find ways to become fully expressed individuals, able to access the totality of our essence, which contains the rich and dynamic polarity most easily expressed through gender. I believe tending to the fertile soil of our dreams can help bring us toward a greater understanding of our own nature and our place in the fabric of things.
This course is beneficial for those who have a lot of experience with sacred dreaming, and those who are new to learning how to track your dreams. You do not need to be able to consistently remember your dreams, although experience in keeping a dream journal will prove helpful. You do not need to be a beekeeper or know anything about bees to take this course, although it will most definitely enhance your relationship to honey bees regardless of your experience with their medicine.
How do you attend?
The course will be held live on Zoom. After you register, you will be given joining instructions and a link to a Zoom call. Please make sure you have downloaded Zoom before starting the course. You can attend the call from the comfort of your own home.
Who is Ariella?
Before I became a beekeeper in skirts, I was and remain an avid story seeker and dream tender. I have been a student of dream work throughout my adult life, specializing in bee shamanism and the Celtic traditions of my heritage. I have designed and held ceremony for large and small groups, worked as an intuitive, held women's circles and dream circles, and studied European folk music and lore.
My journey into beekeeping was through my introduction to bees as spiritual beings through Michaele Thiele, Naomi Lewis, and Kate Shela. I have fused shamanic practices, animism, and lore into a dreaming pathway, and ways to access intuition, somatic knowing, nature connection, and communication with the animate spirits of the Earth. I have also studied the history of Melissae, a Greek term for "bee" and a title held by the oracular Bee Priestesses of ancient Greece. After meeting the honey bee as a spirit ally I began working with her in physical form.
My work combines first-hand knowledge of the honey bee species with an intimate understanding of animistic/shamanic bee wisdom and practices.
Testimonials:
The most magical things in my waking life transpired during my first dream course with Ariella. My dream life has never been as fascinating or beautiful as it was during those 6 short weeks of dreaming together. I have a newfound appreciation for the dreamworld, and now have a dedicated dream practice with a group of dreamers from that course. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I was fortunate to take two classes from Ariella ‘Dreaming with Bees’ and ‘Betwixt and Between’. Both classes were a powerful transformational experience for me. Due to various reasons I had not dreamt much for a long period of time and Ariella’s classes helped me to touch back into my dreaming self again. She is an excellent space holder with the depth of her wisdom and gentle presence. I highly recommend working with her in whatever capacity you are called to! Ariella is a rare gem of a teacher and I’m so grateful to have experienced her work.

All of Ariella’s work is deeply Spirit and womb-driven. Having experienced both Betwixt and Between and Dreaming with Bees, I felt honoured to be with such a numinous and wise teacher, who super-charged my own dreaming and shamanic practices. I learnt so much. This is important work, and it has has a spiritual life and energy of its own which goes above and beyond whatever you might expect of an online offering. 100% recommended.
- Lucy Coats, writer, England
I’ve done a Dreaming with Bees retreat with her and the Betwixt & Between course. With both I found my way into realizations, deep questions, and revealing insight. I felt held and expanded as she guided me in new ways to explore connection, bee magic, masculine and feminine principles, dream work and liminal spaces. I appreciate Ariella’s ability to see, feel, intuit and perceive things in ways that are entirely outside of the expected and come out of the moment.
